  • Request Timeline: To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of signing up. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be accepted. Please provide clear reasons for your dissatisfaction when requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to significant setup costs, the following services are non-refundable:

  • CodeGuard
  • Domains
  • Digital Certificates
  • Shared VPS Hosting
  • SiteLock
  • Custom Software Installation Fees
  • Any other services specified as non-refundable at purchase

Domain Payments

  • Domain Registrations: Once a domain is registered, the payment is final and non-refundable. Domains will not be canceled or refunded.
  • Domain Renewals: Manage your renewals by contacting our support team. We send reminders, but we are not responsible if you miss renewing your domain or if reminders are not received. No refunds are available after a domain is renewed.

Free Domains with Hosting

We offer free domain registrations with our hosting plans. However, please note that these domains are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation Process: You can cancel your services anytime by contacting customer support.
  • Billing Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for all services used up until the cancellation date, including the full month in which you cancel.
  • Pending Orders: If there are pending orders at the time of cancellation, we will process them if sufficient funds are available. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the charges for that order and may cancel it.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your services if:

  • You violate our terms of service.
  • You fail to make payments.
  • Your actions could harm us or others.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, and you will still be responsible for services used before account closure.

Resource Usage Policy

If your account uses more than its fair share of resources on our shared hosting, we may suspend or close it to maintain service quality for all users.

Chargeback Policy

At WebHostingPk, we are dedicated to maintaining transparent and efficient processes for resolving payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback, we require specific documentation to address the issue promptly and fairly.

To resolve a chargeback dispute, please provide the following documents in PDF format within 3 to 5 working days:

Complete Order Details:

A detailed breakdown of the services or products ordered, including any customizations or special requests.

Ensure the document includes the order date, customer name, and a description of the services provided.

Invoice:

A copy of the invoice issued for the disputed transaction.

The invoice should clearly display the order date, amount, and a detailed description of the services or products.

Proof of Delivery:

For digital services, include confirmation of service activation or completion, such as email confirmations or activation logs.
